Before booking a floatation tub session, clients must ensure they meet all health and safety requirements outlined below:

Health Requirements: You must not have any open wounds, cuts, or active infections. If you are ill or have contagious conditions, including flu-like symptoms, you must reschedule your session.
Menstruation: We recommend that clients avoid floating during menstruation. If you still choose to float, the use of a tampon or menstrual cup is required.
Medical Conditions: Pregnant individuals, or clients with conditions such as epilepsy, heart problems, or respiratory issues, should consult their doctor before using our floatation services.
Personal Hygiene: Please shower thoroughly before your session. No lotions, oils, makeup, or perfumes should be applied before floating. This ensures the highest standards of water cleanliness.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservation Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit, if applicable. All personal and health information provided during booking must be accurate and up-to-date.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

3. Water Contamination Fee

In order to maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients, any contamination of the water during your session will result in a 30,000 Baht cleaning fee. This includes contamination due to bodily fluids (e.g., urine, vomit). By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this fee if contamination occurs during your visit.

4. Website Usage & Intellectual Property

License: All content on FloatingPoint’s website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by FloatingPoint Bangkok or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the website for personal purposes only.
